Returns/Exchanges
Returns are accepted unworn with tags as a full refund within 10 days of purchase and 20 days as store credit at the current sale price. All sale items are final sales- no returns or exchanges.
For orders being shipped, the return window starts the day the item is marked as delivered and must be delivered back to the store by day 10 for a refund or by day 20 for store credit. Customers will not be refunded for shipping charges and will have to pay for return shipping charges, regardless of the return amount.
We do not offer price adjustments or price matching.
SHIPPING
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $150! All other orders under $150 will be charged $8 standard shipping. We ship via USPS unless otherwise noted.
In store pick-up is available - choose the in-store pick-up option at checkout and you'll receive an email once your order is ready for pick-up. If the order is placed during store hours, we do our best to have your order ready within an hour. If it is placed outside of business hours, it will be filled first thing the following day.
If you need curbside pickup, please call or text the store at 864-634-7955 when you arrive and we will do our best to run it out to you quickly!
ORDER AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and another when your order has shipped. The shipping confirmation will include your order number, tracking number and ship date. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to make any changes once the order is shipped. For any orders that are returned to us because of address error, the customer will have to pay for additional shipping costs.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
Currently we ship via USPS. We are not responsible for any items that go missing or are misplaced upon delivery. Once your package leaves the store, we are no longer responsible should it get lost.
ORDER CANCELLATION
We cannot guarantee any cancellations or changes once your order has been placed as we try to package orders quickly as they are placed. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled or modified.
